Dashboard Filters

The dashboard allows you to quickly find and track RFPs using a series of filters. These filters work in layers, meaning you can combine them to narrow results step by step.

Step 1: Choose a Primary Filter

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see the first set of filter options:

  • Effective Date

  • Due Date

  • Created Date

  • Last Updated Date

Start by choosing which criteria you’d like to filter RFPs on.

Step 2: Select a Time Range

Once you’ve chosen the primary filter, define the time duration you’d like to see results from. Options include:

  • 1 week

  • 1 month

  • 6 months

  • Custom range

This helps you focus only on RFPs relevant to a specific timeframe.

Step 3: Filter by Status

To refine further, use the Status dropdown on the right (default is “All Status”).
You can select one or multiple statuses — for example:

  • In Progress

  • Due Today

  • Completed

This lets you view RFPs that not only match your date criteria but also meet the workflow stage you care about.

Step 4: Apply Layered Filters

The power of this dashboard is in layering filters. For example:

  • Filter by Created Date → Last 1 Month → Status = In Progress.

  • This will show you all RFPs created in the last month that are still in progress.

Step 5: Use the Summary Tiles

Just above the list view, you’ll see a set of tiles summarizing the filtered results:

  • All RFPs

  • In Progress

  • Due Today

  • Hot Leads

  • Watchlist

Once you’ve applied your filters, you can click into these tiles to view subsets of your filtered data.

For example, after filtering by “Created Date → 1 Month,” you can then view just the “Due Today” RFPs within that group.

Summary

Think of the dashboard filters as a layered system:

  1. Choose a filter type (Effective Date, Due Date, Created Date, Last Updated Date).

  2. Apply a time range.

  3. Narrow by RFP Status.

  4. Use the summary tiles to quickly jump into specific subsets like In Progress, Due Today, or Hot Leads.

This layered approach gives you flexibility to find exactly the RFPs you need to focus on.
